The Role
As HR Adviser, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice on policies, absence, performance, and employee relations.
- Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, arranging interviews, and preparing offers.
- Assist with onboarding and induction programmes.
- Maintain accurate HR database records and prepare reports.
- Coordinate Occupational Health appointments and manage benefit platforms.
- Contribute to HR projects, audits, and training initiatives.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Adviser role to demonstrate suitable ER exposure
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong emotional intelligence
