Caring for our residents is at the heart of what we do. But supporting someone's quality of life goes far beyond a game of bingo or watching television. As our Activities Coordinator, you will bring energy, imagination and kindness - ensuring each day is full of fun, variety and stimulation for everyone.

- 30 hours per week
- Pension scheme, Paid PVG

- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
- A supportive and friendly working environment where ideas are valued
Experience working in a care home is not essential - we are simply looking for someone who sparkles and truly wants to make a difference.
What You Will Do
You will take the lead in planning and delivering meaningful and engaging activities that enrich the lives of our residents. You will design monthly rolling programmes tailored to individual interests and needs, helping residents stay active, stimulated and socially connected. Your creativity and enthusiasm will encourage participation in group and one-to-one sessions, ensuring everyone feels included and valued. You will play a vital role in fostering a sense of community, supporting wellbeing and enhancing the overall atmosphere of our home. Accurate daily records of activities will be maintained to reflect each resident's involvement and progress.
