Paraplanner – Clear Route to Adviser

Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

We are delighted to be working with a long-standing and highly regarded IFA firm that we’ve partnered with for many years. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner who is keen to progress along a structured career path towards becoming a Financial Adviser.

The Role

• Provide high-quality research, analysis, and suitability reports
• Build and maintain detailed cashflow models
• Prepare client review packs and supporting documentation
• Handle client queries, withdrawals, and policy servicing
• Attend client meetings where appropriate
• Maintain accurate records and manage cases efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Level 4 Diploma (essential)
• Proven paraplanning experience within an IFA environment
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
