Position: Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Maintenance

Location: London

Salary: up to £53,000 - Dependant on experience

What You'll be Doing?

* Oversee financial and contractual performance of social housing maintenance projects

* Produce monthly cost reports and value reconciliation's

* Support bid pricing and tender submissions to achieve commercial targets

* Handle subcontractor procurement, valuations, and contractual communications

* Assist in closing final accounts with clients and suppliers

* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and contractual standards

What We're Looking For

* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Social Housing Maintenance sector

* Strong grasp of SOR codes

* High attention to detail and a results-driven approach

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
