Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire

Hours: Full-Time 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

* As a New Business Executive, you'll be instrumental in managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. Your day will involve:

* Handling inbound and outbound calls to service and renew existing policies, ensuring a seamless experience for your clients.

* Proactively identifying and sourcing the best insurance solutions, meticulously matching them to individual client needs.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and insurers, becoming their go-to expert.

* Liaising effectively with underwriters to secure optimal terms.

* Operating with precision, ensuring all activities are fully compliant with FCA guidelines.

* Spotting opportunities to introduce additional products or make referrals where appropriate, enhancing client value.
