Therapy Team Manager - Neurological Care

Location: Hitchin | Salary: £31,746-£34,065 (pro-rata) | Hours: 22.5 hrs/week

A specialist neurological care centre in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Therapy Team Manager to lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team. This part-time leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality neurorehabilitation, driving service excellence, and supporting staff development.

The Role:

Lead therapy and recreational therapy teams

Oversee therapy services from referral to discharge

Ensure compliance with clinical governance and professional standards

Manage caseloads and team performance

Contribute to service improvement and innovation

About You:

HCPC-registered Physiotherapist

Strong leadership experience in neurological care

Skilled in complex clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice

Confident managing teams, caseloads, and service delivery

Comfortable working across healthcare settings
