The team provides a first-class service to clients across the local area, and they pride themselves on delivering quality customer service.They are looking for a recruiter with excellent account management skills to fill bookings, place candidates and develop existing business.

This is an interesting and varied role that will require:

• Strong servicing skills - day-to-day liaison with existing clients and candidates.
• Advertising and attracting new applicants to the business.
• Understanding businesses thoroughly and ensuring recruitment needs are anticipated and exceeded.
• Answering the telephone and handling queries.
• Interviewing and checking licences.
• Recruitment administration

You will:

• Have a strong Recruitment Industry background, ideally within account management.
• Be ambitious and be looking for a long-term move.
• Need to be capable of managing your own time.
• Work to exceptionally high standards within a team environment.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have a determined approach and strong work ethic.
