Logistics & Warehouse Manager

• Annual Salary: £34,000 + £3,000 Annual Bonus

Our client, a family-run business known for its commitment to quality and service. We are experiencing exciting growth and are looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient and prompt delivery of our products across London and beyond.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Planning and Execution: Plan and execute efficient delivery routes using scheduling software. Manage all logistics activities including direct delivery, courier, and pallet logistics.
• Driving: Manage and participate in delivery driving, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. This includes around 24-30 hours of driving per week.
• Driver Management: Train new drivers, manage driver schedules, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Vehicle & Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of delivery vehicles and equipment.
• Inventory Management: Utilize brewery management software for stock checking and maintaining accurate customer and inventory records.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Logistics Administration: Handle logistics-related administrative tasks, track KPIs, and manage delivery costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record and confident navigating London roads.
• Experience: Proven background in logistics management and delivery driving.
• Skills: Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Characteristics: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, adaptable, and a strong team player.
