Practice Nurse - Locum Opportunity 

Flexible Evening and Weekend Clinics | December-January

Location: Westminster, SW1P 
Pay: Up to £35 LTD p/h 

Service Care Solutions are seeking a handful of experienced Practice Nurses to support its out-of-hours service throughout December and January, extension possible. This role offers flexible evening and Saturday shifts and is well-suited to clinicians looking for additional hours or adaptable working patterns.

An NHS Smartcard is essential.

Shift Options)
Monday-Friday: 18:30 - 20:00

Saturday: 08:30 - 16:00

Clinics operate across the full December-January period.

Role Summary The Practice Nurse will deliver the full range of primary care nursing services, ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical practice. Duties include chronic disease management, treatment room activities, vaccinations, and cervical screening, in line with professional competencies.

Key Responsibilities
Undertake chronic disease reviews within scope of practice.

Deliver treatment room services including phlebotomy, wound care, ECGs, immunisations, and health checks.

Carry out cervical screening to national standards.

Administer vaccinations for adults and children in accordance with PGDs and national guidance.

Provide evidence-based clinical care and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective service delivery.

Contribute to high-quality patient care in line with practice protocols and professional requirements.
