Senior SHE advisor opportunity working for a tier one main contractor who have an exceptional name in the market and an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior SHE advisor.

This SHE Advisor will be working for a main contractor focused on major projects which are valued at circa £250million. The role of Senior SHE advisor will be to oversee 2 large schemes in Cambridge as well as get involved in a bit of pre-con and training.

The Senior SHE Advisor will report into a Senior SHEQ manager initially but as time goes on they will have an opportunity to grow a team below them.

This Senior SHE advisor will be responsible for working alongside large construction teams on Site and improving and promote everything SHE.
Lead on business improvement ideas and really take hold of both these large projects.
Provide support on bids, review RAMs, working with all teams to ensure SHE is up to standard. The ideal senior SHE advisor will ideally have 2-3 years experience working in a similar position. This Senior SHE advisor will ideally have experience working with a main contractor and worked on projects circa £80million.

This Senior SHE advisor will ideally be able to ht the ground running, be able to actively investigate and has the skills and knowledge to know what they are looking at.
