Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Sales Negotiator - Stratford upon Avon - up to £25k basic £35k package

A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join this leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years in the area. Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator or a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. They are looking for someone with at least 12 months experience working as a Sales Negotiator and ideally with local area knowledge. This is a great opportunity to join this really friendly team where ongoing training and career progression is highly encouraged.

Main Duties for the Estage Agent Sales Negotiator Role:

• Meeting and registering new applicants
• Organising and carrying out viewings
• Maintain regular contact with Clients and applicants
• Arrange, organise and conduct viewings
• Negotiate any offers received
• Have an in-depth understanding of the local market place
• Work closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise them

Skills Required:

• Previous estate agency sales experience essential
• Great customer service skills
• Good people skills
• Smart, well-spoken and articulate
• Ambitious, self-motivated and driven
• Full UK driving license and car owner essential (Parking provided)
