Are you a service-oriented professional with a passion for the automotive industry?

Our client, an award-winning independent garage, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their esteemed team.

If you have a knack for providing exceptional service experiences and possess in-depth knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance, this opportunity is for you!

About the Company:

With a team of highly skilled technicians and state-of-the-art facilities, they provide top-quality repairs, maintenance, and personalised care to their valued customers.

Job Responsibilities

* Welcome customers warmly and serve as the first point of contact.

* Schedule appointments efficiently and manage the service bay workflow.

* Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed.

Qualifications and Skills

* Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive service environment

* Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer information and service requirements.

* A valid driver's license is required.

Salary and Benefits

* £25k basic + Bonus

* Monday - Friday

* 20 days + BH
