The role
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be stepping into classrooms to deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain learning momentum in the absence of teaching staff. This is a vital role in ensuring continuity for students and upholding the school's high standards.

Responsibilities include
• Supervising classes across a range of subjects (Key Stages 3 to 5)
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a focused learning environment
• Providing feedback to subject teachers on student engagement and any concerns
• Supporting pupils with queries and encouraging independent learning

• Confident communicators with presence and resilience
• Ideally some experience working with young people (schools, youth work, tutoring, etc.)
• Graduates considering a career in teaching or education are encouraged to apply
