Industrial Boiler Engineer - Food Manufacturing Environment
Location: Forest Gate, London
Hours: 10-hour shifts
Rate: Negotiable, dependent on experience

LRL are currently recruiting for an experienced Industrial Boiler Engineer to join a fast-paced food production site in Forest Gate. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to work in a hands-on environment where you'll be responsible for the maintenance and reliability of industrial boiler systems essential to bakery operations.

You will carry out both planned and reactive maintenance, while also identifying opportunities for system and process improvements that enhance performance and minimise downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and reactive maintenance on boilers and related systems

Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring minimum disruption to production

Document maintenance activities and highlight future servicing needs

Identify and implement engineering improvements across the site

Support the continuous operation of the bakery through proactive maintenance

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' proven experience as a Boiler Engineer

Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship

ONC, NVQ Level 3, or City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 qualifications
