Your new roleAs a Site Supervisor, you will manage a fully integrated facilities' management contract, focusing on hard services. You'll act as the single point of contact for all FM activities on-site, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include:

• Leading a high-performing team to deliver strategic objectives
• Overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and commissioning of plant and equipment
• Managing contractors and ensuring adherence to site procedures
• Maintaining statutory and non-statutory logs
• Promoting QHSE standards and best practices

What you'll need to succeed

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Knowledge of planning tools, CAFM systems, and MS applications
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to continuous improvement and customer service
• Flexibility to work outside core hours when required
