Their First Response Team operates at the front door with a robust assessment function to assess the needs of the children and families. You'll become part of a highly experienced team who work under the evidence based model towards improving the outcomes for children and young people.
 
As a team of experienced Managers and Social Workers, you will be closely supported by Morning Lane Associates working under a systemic family therapy model to ensure we meet the needs of children and families. Furthermore, you'll be in the right place to see first-hand at least 2 of the exciting workplace initiatives our client is involved with, and benefit from a £1m investment in technology to support their front line workers.

Requirements of you as the Social Worker:

Social Work England registration
Social Work Qualification i.e. CQSW, DipSW or equivalent.
Able to pass a clear enhanced DBS check
Authority to work in the UK 
Salary:
Social Worker / Senior Social Worker - £37,119 - £47,628 plus £1,500 market factor supplement per annum
