Experienced Commercial Vehicle Design Engineer required.Region: ST4Responsibilities of the Design Engineer

• Create detailed drawings and assembly instructions for manufacturing and procurement
• Create parts lists, bills of materials, and operator's manuals
• Maintain drawing office records
• Source products for company use
• Liaise with procurement
• Liaise with various production departments during the build process
• Adopt and enhance designs based on company design principles

Skills and qualifications

• Good communication skills
• Able to work within a team environment.
• An eye for detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Excellent practical skills
• Ability to solve problems
• Experience/knowledge with Solidworks CAD software
• Experience/knowledge with Microsoft Office software
