DUAL REGISTERED MANAGER – EBD CHILDREN’S HOME

Liverpool (L11)

£55,000 – £65,000 per annum (DOE)

We are seeking an exceptional Dual Registered Manager to lead one EBD solo children’s home with a full operational team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take full registration responsibility for an Ofsted-regulated home within a values-driven organisation committed to high-quality, child-centred care.

The Role:

• Take dual registration responsibility for the solo home
• Oversee safeguarding and full regulatory compliance
• Lead, inspire, and develop a motivated operational team
• Drive high standards in line with Ofsted and SCCIF requirements
• Ensure positive, stable outcomes for children and young people

Who We’re Looking For:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential care setting in the last 5 years
• At least 1 year of management experience in a children’s home
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, and the Quality Standards
• Experience in safeguarding, child protection, and risk management
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Enhanced DBS check (required)
