Key Responsibilities

Support pupils with a variety of additional needs in the classroom

Assist with tailored learning activities and routines

Help manage behaviour and support emotional wellbeing

Provide personal care where needed

Work closely with teachers and experienced support staff

Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Who We're Looking For

Background in care, residential support, or similar settings

Or personal experience supporting SEND needs

Positive, proactive, and willing to learn

Strong interpersonal skills

Interest in working in either primary or secondary education
