RentPath is looking for a CRM Administrator to be part of an innovative team responsible for the development and management of RentPath s Salesforce.com instance across multiple organizations. This role will be responsible for performing development, analysis, quality assurance, deployment, customer support and configuration with assistance and high-level guidance from more senior team members. You would be expected to understand the Salesforce.com instance, workflows, and customized components of the system. Communicate across departments to support the needs of the business as necessary.

A Day in the Life

  • Ownership of the integrity of SFDC environments and data therein
  • Diligent management of support cases timely resolution and communication of status
  • Working with Salesforce Development team to assist with managing workflow rules, validation rules, field updates and process automation
  • Manage hierarchies, roles, profiles, and user access in a multi- organizational instance
  • Logging and tracking identified system problems through resolution and providing day to day technical support via daily administration of IT Salesforce Support Cases
  • Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality updates and providing recommendations for process improvements and communicating future changes
  • Assist with extending and enhancing solutions utilizing standard SFDC practices such as custom objects, validation rules, record types, page layouts, and user profiles
  • Develop and utilize extended relationships to provide enhanced reporting and analytics
  • Developing, documenting and implementing training for users and coworkers on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials
  • Identify adoption issues and foster best practice use of Salesforce.com and any adjacent components
  • Identify and correct data inaccuracies and/or inefficiencies
  • Work collaboratively to design solutions that solve existing or newly defined business changes or requirements
  • Validate the quality of data changes and deploy data updates in support of releases
  • Deploy solutions in all environments, specifically production release deployment
  • Test developed solutions in all environments
  • Ensure that solutions align with original user expectations
  • Continuing education in a proactive manner and sharing new knowledge with team


What We Need from You

  • Bachelor's degree or SFDC certification in administration along with one year of experience in a support role.
  • Demonstrated initiative and independence in managing multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment to accomplish overall company goals.
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and training skills.
  • A self-driven desire to always be learning and utilizing opportunities for self-improvement.
  • Ability to apply analytics to drive solutions and resolve issues.
  • Maintain working relationships with co workers and across departments.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic role with diverse responsibilities.
