What You'll Do:

Carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of manufacturing equipment

Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime

Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment runs at optimum efficiency

Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

Maintain high standards of health & safety and food hygiene compliance

What We're Looking For:

Proven engineering experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment

Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills - multi-skilled preferred

Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC)

Ability to work independently on a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern

Proactive mindset with a focus on reliability and efficiency
