We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Door Fitter to join a busy team working on social housing properties across London. This is a 3-month temporary-to-permanent opportunity with the potential for long-term work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities of the Fire Door Fitter:

Install and maintain FD30/FD60 fire doors to current regulations and standards

*

Work independently across social housing properties

*

Liaise with tenants and housing officers as needed

Requirements of the Fire Door Fitter:

*

Proven experience fitting and maintaining fire doors in domestic settings (ideally social housing)

*

Valid BM TRADA, FIRAS, or NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry

*

Must have own van and tools

*

Strong understanding of fire safety and building regs

*

Ability to start immediately
