Due to contract growth, we are recruiting for a Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to work for a leading Facilities Management company to on leading, secure site in Chester
You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a day to day basis across the site. Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience in maintaining building fabric within commercial environments.
Candidates must be time served with 18th Edition and 2391 test and inspection qualifications. Candidates will also be required to obtain security clearance.
Hours - Mon - Fri ( 7.30AM - 4.30pm / Friday 1.30PM)
On call is 1 in 5 (£100 p/week + minimum 4 hours per call)
This is a permanent position based on Days
Responsibilities
* PPM maintenance
* Reactive maintenance
* Carry out test, servicing, diagnostic, repairs and calibrate advance electrical and mechanical installations
* Work safely and in accordance to Health and Safety procedures
* Perform maintenance tasks and other associated tasks on any part of the site as and when required
* Operate as part of an effective professional maintenance team
Skills & Attributes
* Time Served Engineer - qualified in an electrical discipline
* Demonstable experinece working within a lead role.
* 18th Edition + 2391 qualified.
* Experience in a similar Facilities Management / Building Services background
* Knowledge of L8 Management
* Able to obtain security clearance.
