Service Administrator
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 basic (DOE) + OTE £34,000 - £37,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00
Location: Main dealership, Byfleet, Surrey
Type: Full-time, Permanent

If you've got a passion for the motor industry, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to keep a busy service department running like clockwork this is the role for you.

You'll be at the heart of the action. From creating job cards to making and taking bookings, you'll ensure every detail is accurate, every process runs smoothly, and every customer leaves happy.

This isn't a back-office role where you're hidden away all day. You'll be in constant contact with both customers and the workshop, playing a crucial part in the success of the service department.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a service admin, service advisor, or similar role

Excellent attention to detail accuracy is key in this role

Organised, methodical and able to manage a busy workload

Passion for the automotive industry
