We are seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to become a part of our organization! You will service existing clients and quote new ones for personal lines policies i.e homeowners, auto, etc.
- Quote new business
- Service Existing business - process changes, issue ID cards, etc
- Take claim information and report to carrier
- Review monthly expiration lists
- Other responsibilities tba
- Previous experience in insurance desired but not necessary
- CT Property & Casualty license desired. If not licensed, applicant will have 90 days to get licensed
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
