Who We're Looking For: Primary Headteacher

An inspirational and strategic leader with a strong academic foundation and the creativity to guide the school through ambitious growth.
You will:

• Have a proven track record of outstanding teaching, particularly in Upper Key Stage 2, with deep expertise in 11+ entrance preparation (North London & Essex).

• Be experienced with ISI inspections and have a firm grasp of independent school compliance and standards.

• Be a strategic thinker able to grow the school's pupil roll and elevate its profile both locally and internationally through Beehive International.

• Confidently lead the development and launch of a new Middle School section, including curriculum design, staffing, and DfE documentation.

• Be digitally savvy, ready to enhance the school's online presence to reflect its academic success and family-friendly culture.

• Lead with humility, humour, and heart, fostering a collaborative, positive staff culture and strong parental engagement.
