You'll be responsible for:

* Assist with security tasks such as password resets, multi-factor authentication and cyber security management.

* Document tasks and escalations using a ticketing system and provide support to internal users via phone, email, and ticketing.

* Setting up new machines, and eventually supporting network devices like routers, firewalls, and switches.

* Monitor and update IT systems and databases

* Microsoft 365

* Assist with VPN troubleshooting

* Document IT processes and user guides clearly and accurately

What you'll bring:

* 1 years' experience in a similar role would be desirable but not essential as would also suit someone with an interest in IT and wanting to develop a career.
