Location: Rushden and Surrounding
Contract: 7 months
Rate: Competitive

CIS authorisedWhat's Involved:

Complete carpentry and basic plumbing repairs in social housing properties
Work to turnaround deadlines with a focus on productivity and quality
Collaborate with other trades and supervisors when needed
Use smartphones/tablets to track and update job progress
Deliver excellent customer service to clients and residents
Ensure compliance with health & safety and safeguarding policiesWhat You'll Need:

NVQ or equivalent qualification in Carpentry or Plumbing (or strong experience in the trade)
Full UK driving licence (max 5 points, no bans in last 5 years)
Willingness to undergo a DBS check
Previous social housing experience (preferred, not essential)
