Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with a well established and growing Legal Firm who are searching for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their friendly team.

This is an exciting and fantastic opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor who wants to progress their career in a Legal Firm that puts their people first.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Providing legal advice to a range of clients including the negotiation and drafting of documentation.
• Carry out in an effective, efficient and timely manner the various stages of legal proceedings with the aim of protecting the interests of the client. Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
• A good understanding of Contentious Private Client work, Court of Protection, Tax, Wills, and Estate Planning.
• Assuming responsibility for important elements of the work that is handled by a designated Partner.
• Ability to act independently to a reasonably high level, but also to work with more experience Partners and Fee Earners on more complex and specialised matters as required.
• Management of fee income and collection of bills.

Key Requirements:-

• Good working knowledge of Private Client Law.
• Build relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals.
• Good communication skills at levels.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Able to work on your own and in a team.
• Good attention to detail and drafting skills.

Salary - Subject to PQE
