Our client is a reputable multi-service law firm seeking to grow its conveyancing department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, positive, and efficient team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service to clients.
The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:
- Manage your own varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases, transfers of legal title, and remortgages.
- Handle more complex matters, including transfers of parts, lease extensions, new builds, and property work from the private client department.
- Work on challenging and interesting cases involving properties in rural locations.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a capable residential property conveyancer, managing a diverse caseload independently.
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes, with the ability to handle complex cases confidently.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive approach and a commitment to providing excellent client care.
