Interim Finance Director for a Charitable organisation in Oxford

Oversee and manage all financial operations within the organisation
Adhere to SORP requirements
Lead a small finance team
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Monitor and manage budgets and financial forecasts
Prepare and present financial reports and statements
Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes
Lead and inspire a small finance team
Minimum 3 days per week in Oxford Office

Able to commute and be in the office 3 days per week in Oxford Office ( no parking, 15 minute walk from Station or use Park and Ride)

Profile

A successful interim Finance Director should have:

A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Experience in a senior financial role within the not for profit sector
SORP Knowledge
Able to commute and be in the office 3 days per week in Oxford Office ( no parking, 15 minute walk from Station or use Park and Ride)
UK Right To Work
Excellent financial analysis and forecasting skills
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
