Maintenance Engineer - Midhurst

Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexibility between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm)
Location: Midhurst
(Occasional Saturday mornings may be required)

The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment. Your duties will include:

Performing scheduled maintenance and fault diagnosis
Installing new machinery and equipment
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performanceWhat Our Client Offers

Trade-tested in Electrical or Mechanical discipline
Computer literate and fluent in English
Hands-on experience with welding, pipework, and spare parts inventory
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
A proactive, detail-focused team player with excellent communication skillsDesirable:

Health & Safety qualification
LEAN Six Sigma knowledge
First Aid certification
Experience in facilities maintenance
