About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Primary Teacher to join one of our partnered schools that caters to children with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including autism, speech and language needs, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of pupils with SEND
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and SENCOs
Track and report on pupil progress using EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
Contribute to a whole-school ethos that puts pupils' wellbeing firstWhat We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience working with children with SEND, ideally in a primary setting
Strong understanding of autism, sensory processing and behaviour management strategies
Excellent communication, empathy and resilience
