Salary / Rate of pay: £16 - £18 per Hour

Our Client, a long standing theatre in Eastbourne is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our vibrant Eastbourne team on a temporary basis . You'll work closely with our permanent Head Chef and brigade to deliver high-quality dishes that dazzle, whether it's a quick pre-show plate or a luxurious evening meal.

Some of your duties will be as follow.

Take responsibility for your section and bring consistency, creativity, and quality to every dish
Collaborate with the team to ensure service is smooth, swift, and showstopping
Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards like a true professional
