Their reputation is built on installing British Standard quality products.They are based outside Peterborough in a fantastic setting with free, on-site parking.Your new roleThey are now looking for an Estimator / Production Manager to join the team where you will play a crucial role in assessing project costs and providing accurate estimates for construction. Typical projects can range from £20k to £700k and you would be required to work on a number of tenders each day.Key duties:

• Sales & production - weekly meetings with our team
• Compile Quotations - using Xero software in line with enquiry using rate cards or contacting suppliers directly.
• Using your extensive product knowledge, assist the administrator to compile quotations
• Securing Contracts - negotiate with clients to secure contracts, agree terms, final project design and contract value
• Calendar Management - liaise with our team and the client to agree a start date
• Liaise with clients & our team to ensure a smooth start on site
• Day to day office duties to support the business
• Answering the phone in a polite, professional manner as a friendly face to the business

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in Construction industry supply chain, fencing industry experience is preferable.
• Comprehensive IT knowledge, particularly in Excel & Outlook. Experience using Sketch-Up software
• Excellent numeracy and communication skillsWhat you need to do now
