Temporary Payroll Assistant

Location: Southampton
Pay: £12.56 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Contract: Temporary

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Payroll Assistant to support a busy finance team based in Southampton.

Key Requirements

* Previous payroll experience is essential

* Strong Excel skills - must be confident using VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data manipulation

* Experience using payroll systems such as PBS or Coopers

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage payroll data accurately

* Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

* Supporting payroll processing and data input

* Updating and maintaining payroll records

* Processing payroll information using PBS or Coopers systems

* Assisting with payroll queries and reporting

* Working with Excel to reconcile and analyse payroll data
