Electrical Site Manager 

Location: Coventry 

Pay: £325 CIS per day or LTD

18 month project 

Mon-Fri 

The Company:

Our client is a leading provider of M&E Installations across the  the UK. Working in partnership with some of the UK's best-known building contractors.

Electrically works values are up to £10M and projects can last up to 18 months

You will be overseeing all the direct and sub contract electricians and specialist works such as controls and fire alarms/door access/security

You will be required to work away when required.

You will hold tool box talks and attend client meetings.

You will be responsible for procuring materials.

You will have overall responsibility for Health & Safety of the electrical works and implementation of RAMS on site .

The Person

Strong Supervisory skills

Candidate must be comfortable customer facing as you are in a sensitive environment

SSSTS or SMSTS

JIB Gold Card 

 NVQ's and City & Guilds in electrical installation & 18 th edition

Strong working knowledge of HVAC & Mechanical works

Ability to manage team and sub contractors and liaise effectively with the project manager
