Job Role: CNC Grinder
Location: Nottingham
Shift: 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am
Pay Rate: Starting at £17.50 per hour including shift allowance

The company:
A well-established engineering business serving the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors, with a strong focus on precision engineering is looking for a CNC Grinder to join their growing production team.
The CNC Grinder Candidate:
* At least 2 years of grinding experience (required)
* Proficient in setting and operating CNC Anca 3- and 5-axis machines
* Capable of editing programs and working to tight tolerances
* Strong understanding of technical drawings and quality standards
* Able to work independently and operate multiple machines
The CNC Grinder Responsibilities:
* Setup, program, and run CNC grinding machinery
* Maintain quality, productivity, and schedule adherence
* Follow 6S and safety protocols
* Communicate effectively within the team
* Contribute to process improvements and equipment development
