• Complete assessments and write therapy plans that align with EHCP targets
• Work closely with teaching staff to integrate communication strategies into the classroom
• Model communication techniques for support staff and families, contributing to whole-school education and training
• Maintain accurate records, contribute to annual reviews, and collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team
• Provide advice and resources to help create communication-friendly learning environments
