Sales Executive

Permanent, Full Time

Based in Stratford

We are recruiting on behalf of our growing client who are well established within their industry, for a Sales Executive. Your role will involve selling Solar systems to residential and commercial customers, taking the time to understand their needs and requirements, talking through the options and conduction surveys. For an outstanding candidate with some industry experience the first year OTE could be around £50k, for someone with no experience within solar we'd expect around £40k OTE, this is however uncapped, so the more you sell the more you will receive.

Key responsibilities:

• Create, maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients
• Follow up on inbound leads, talking through the benefits of their solar systems
• Consistently achieve KPI's and targets and report them to the leadership team
• Manage the database

Knowledge/Skills required:

• Strong sales experience, ideally selling into construction or a mix of B2B and B2C.
• Personable and outgoing
• Motivated individual who want to be in control of their own success
• Strong communicator
