About the Key Account Manager Role

As a Key Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of global clients, managing relationships with senior stakeholders - often at C-suite level - and acting as the bridge between customer needs and technical delivery.

You'll be comfortable navigating complex organisations, identifying growth opportunities, and bringing together internal and external partners to ensure outstanding service and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities as Key Account Manager

* Act as the primary point of contact for a set of key international accounts

* Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and IT Directors

* Understand technical product offerings (hardware/software/data) to match client needs

* Lead all commercial aspects - from renewals and upsells to new opportunity creation

* Work cross-functionally to deliver smooth implementation and long-term support

* Report on account performance, pipeline, and client satisfaction

As a Key Account Manager, your insight and leadership will help shape how clients engage with technology to transform their operations. You'll be empowered to make decisions, backed by a collaborative team that values initiative and results.

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager or similar, in a tech-led environment

* Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at C-suite level

* A commercially driven mindset with a strong grasp of solution selling

* Technically confident - you don't need to be an engineer, but you can speak the language

* CRM proficiency and solid Microsoft Office skills

Bonus Points

* Experience with digital transformation, enterprise tech, or managed services

* Background in client-facing roles within fast-paced tech businesses

* Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
