A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a global not for profit organisation for a DBS Cleared HR Manager to work within their centrally located London office. The DBS cleared HR Manager will play a pivotal part in a team of 8 and will be responsible for maintaining and delivering effective and business focused solutions within the organisation.
This HR Manager role requires the successful candidate to be a highly motivated team player who can work autonomously and has the ability to build strong relationships within the organisation. The candidate MUST be DBS cleared and must be CIPD qualified or hold equivalent qualifications.
HR Manger responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Manage performance of day to day admin and effectively escalate any HR issues through the appropriate channel.
- Ensure HR polices and process are compliant at all times and are continually reviewed to ensure changes are made.
- Operate within the policies and procedures set out by the charity.
- Be committed to the values, vision and mission of the charity.
