Job Title: Senior Front-End Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid - Newcastle

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

I am working with a fast-growing digital business that is looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to join their engineering team. You’ll take ownership of building and scaling interactive, data-driven websites and applications while leading best practices across accessibility, performance, and design systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications.
• Build new product functionality in line with agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with server-side developers to integrate APIs and services.
• Lead code reviews, deployments, and mentor junior engineers.
• Contribute to sprint planning, technical discussions

What We’re Looking For:

• Expert in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
• Strong experience with React and component-based architecture.
• Solid knowledge of accessibility standards
• Familiarity with version control (Git)
• Experience integrating with back-end services.
