My client is expanding their team, offering you the chance to advance your career with a variety of projects across Scotland, ranging from small to large-scale sites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Spearhead Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality functions, establishing and maintaining robust HSEQ culture.

* Develop policies, manage ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001), and lead continuous improvement.

* Conduct site audits, inspections, accident investigations, and develop corrective actions.

* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams through regular meetings and strategic HSEQ guidance.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience: Background in Civil Engineering or construction- Traffic management is a bonus

* Skills: Strong client-facing skills, ISO management experience, and hands-on, proactive HSEQ approach.

* Qualifications: Chartered IOSH (or working towards), NEBOSH Diploma, and CSCS card; CDM knowledge is ideal.

* Travel: Willingness to travel across Scotland's Central Belt.
