Pay: £105-£110 per day

An exceptional 2-form entry Outstanding primary school in Colindale (NW9) is looking for a dedicated and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026, with the option to start sooner for the right candidate. This school is known for its supportive leadership, inclusive ethos, and strong commitment to SEN provision.

What We're Looking For

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

* At least 1 year of experience working in education

* Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or speech & language needs desirable)

* A patient, adaptable and proactive approach

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with staff, pupils and families

Your Role

* Provide effective 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs

* Implement targeted strategies in collaboration with the SENCO and external specialists

* Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs

* Support emotional regulation and positive routines throughout the school day

* Work closely with class teachers to ensure full access to the curriculum

* Build positive, trusting relationships with children

* Contribute to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
