MHE Trainer - Leicester (LE19)

Ideal Recruit is currently looking for experienced MHE Trainers to join our team based in the Leicester (LE19) area.

Location: Leicester, LE19
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year
⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week (Day shifts, flexibility required during peak for PM shifts)

Key Duties:

Delivering in-house training for MHE equipment (HLOP, VNA, LLOP, PPT, Reach, Counterbalance)

Assessing and refreshing current employees on safe MHE practices

Conducting inductions for new starters and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards

Maintaining accurate training records and certification documentation

Working closely with warehouse management to identify training needs

Supporting warehouse operations when training is not required

Requirements:

Valid certificates and proven experience operating:
HLOP, VNA, LLOP, PPT

Training qualification/certification is essential

Previous experience delivering training in a warehouse environment

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
