Your Role as SEN Class Teacher:

Lead a small, supported class of children with complex needs including Autism, SEMH, and communication differences
Plan and deliver highly differentiated, engaging lessons in line with EHCPs
Cultivate a calm, inclusive classroom using a positive, therapeutic approach to behaviour
Liaise closely with parents, carers, and specialist staff to ensure each child's holistic progress
