Retentions Advisor - £12.21/hr + Uncapped Commission!

Location: Sunderland - Roker
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.21 per hour + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000+)
Shifts: 9-5:30 Monday, 9-5 Tuesday ,9-6 Wednesday, Thursday, 9-5 Friday 9-5 and then 3 weeks Monday to Thursday 11-7 shift with a Friday being a 9-5

Along with working 1 in 3 Saturdays 10-2

The Role:

As a Retentions Advisor, you'll be on the front line, speaking to customers who are thinking about leaving. Your job?
Keep them on board.

You'll:

* Handle objections and turn “no” into “yes”

* Offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs

* Work at pace in a busy contact centre environment

* Hit targets and earn uncapped commission
