About the Opportunity

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is proud to be working with two warm, home-from-home nursery settings in Chipping Campden, both offering fantastic opportunities for experienced Early Years professionals to step into a Nursery Manager role.

These positions are ideal for passionate, confident leaders who are committed to delivering high-quality childcare and education. Each role offers the chance to make a real impact within a supportive team environment that values strong relationships, creativity, and high standards of care.

Whether you are an experienced Nursery Manager or a strong Deputy ready to step up, we have opportunities suited to different levels of experience and salary expectations.

Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)

* Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Early Years Practitioners

* Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring full compliance

* Deliver and maintain a high-quality, play-based EYFS curriculum

* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals

* Take responsibility for safeguarding and SENCO coordination where required

* Work alongside Directors to support:

* Health & Safety

* Recruitment & staff development

* Finance & administration

What We're Looking For

* Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (essential)

* Minimum 2 years' recent nursery/preschool experience

* Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards

* Proven ability to deliver high-quality learning environments

* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

* A creative, enthusiastic, and supportive approach to team management

What's the Difference Between the Roles?

Role 1 - £30,000

* Ideal for a developing leader or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up

* Opportunity to grow into a full management position with support

Role 2 - £35,000 (DOE)

* Suited to a more experienced Nursery Manager

* Greater autonomy and responsibility within the setting

* Salary reflects higher level of experience and leadership capability
