Are you a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role this summer term? Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the CF3 area who are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team.

The Role:

Supporting the Year 3 class teacher with daily classroom activities
Working with small groups to reinforce learning in literacy and numeracy
Providing general classroom support to maintain a positive learning environment
Assisting with behaviour management and encouraging pupil engagement
Helping to prepare learning materials and classroom resources
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children (school, childcare, or similar)
A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
A genuine passion for supporting children's education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
